In today’s post we are going to look at a great Wordpress plugin that I use called Headspace2. This is a fantastic plugin that assists in your SEO for your blog.

The Headspace2 plugin can be searched for and uploaded through the platform if you are using Wordpress 2.7 or later, otherwise it will have to be downloaded and FTP across to your server where your blog lives. Once installed, you must activate the plugin and you are ready to start using it.

What Headspace2 does, is allow you to put in the title tags and site description that you want showing when your site is indexed and shown by search engines. If you don’t have this installed, then you are at the mercy of the search engines as to what they will display for your blog posts.

Under the settings section of your Wordpress admin are, you can make any changes to the plugin settings that you feel are necessary, so that you can really optimise it for just not posts, yet for all the other pages and categories of your blog too.

When you are using Headspace2 for day to day blog posts, you will now have an area below your post you are writing, that allows you to put in not only the title you want displayed in the search engine, yet the description of the post too. Can you see how powerful this can be in regards to getting found more easily?

There are a lot more settings within Headspace2 that you can tweak, so I suggest that you add it too your blog and make the most of what this great plugin has to offer.
